Yoruba actor Fadeyi Oloro, known for his iconic roles as a warhead or herbalist in Nollywood films, recently appealed for financial and medical assistance. The veteran actor turned to media personality Daddy Freeze during an Instagram Live show on Thursday to seek help.
Pastor Steps In
UK-based pastor Tobi Adegboyega of Salvation Proclaimer Ministries Church (SPAC Nation) joined the live session, expressing his admiration for the actor and recalling how Fadeyi’s movies blessed his childhood.
The cleric promised to assist the actor with ₦3 million to help cover his medical and personal needs.
Donation Confirmed
On Friday, Daddy Freeze confirmed on his Instagram page that Pastor Adegboyega fulfilled his promise. In addition to the ₦3 million, an extra ₦261,000 raised by other Nigerians was also sent to Fadeyi Oloro’s family.
He wrote:
“The N3 million @tobiadegboyega_ sent to Fadeyi Oloro has been remitted to the family, along with an additional N261,000 raised. Thank you PT for being a friend and brother.”
