The route kicks off just days before the FIFA World Cup begins on 11 June in the United States, Mexico and Canada, positioning the airline to capture massive tournament traffic.
Flights will run three times weekly using Boeing 787 Dreamliners. Tickets went on sale worldwide on 4 December.
