Defamation Row: TikTok Star Jarvis Prepares Suit Against Rival Peller

The management representing popular TikTok creator Amadou Elizabeth, known widely as Jarvis or Jadrolita, has issued a final legal warning.

The threat targets fellow creator Hamzat Habeeb, also called Peller. The dispute centers on grave allegations that link Jarvis to money laundering activities.

The controversy began when Peller hosted a recent TikTok livestream. During the broadcast, Peller claimed that illegal financial activities occur on the platform.

He asserted this happens specifically through the virtual gifting system. Peller then suggested that Jarvis was involved in these dubious practices.

Peller’s Accusations Detail Gifting Misuse

Clips from Peller’s livestream swiftly circulated across various social media platforms. In the footage, Peller recounted his surprise regarding Jarvis’s supposed wealth. He stated that she eventually “revealed the secret.”

Peller also offered a specific example of the alleged illegal behavior. He claimed a supporter once backed him during a livestream using gifts. However, the “gifter” later demanded a 50% split of the cash generated from the virtual gifts. Peller asserted he declined the offer.

He used this experience to illustrate how individuals allegedly use the app’s gifting feature to process laundered money.

Despite the seriousness of the dispute, observers noted that both creators appeared to have reconciled briefly. Their recent social media activity suggested they had resolved their differences.

Jarvis’s Management Fiercely Denounces Allegations

Notwithstanding the attempted reconciliation, Jarvis’s agency, Aiso Entertainment, released a strong statement on Sunday. The firm categorically rejected the claims of financial misconduct. They characterized Peller’s allegations as false, defamatory, and severely damaging to Jarvis’s professional standing.

  • Aiso Entertainment explicitly declared the accusation was “patently false and malicious.”
  • The management forcefully maintained that Jarvis has “never engaged in any form of illicit financial conduct.”
  • The statement read: “The management of Jadrolita, alongside Jadrolita herself, unequivocally and categorically refutes this egregious claim in its entirety.”

Legal Ultimatum Demands Swift Retraction

Jarvis’s management has presented Peller and his team with a strict ultimatum. They demand an immediate, unconditional, and publicly issued apology to Jarvis within the next 48 hours.

Aiso Entertainment issued a clear warning: failure to publicly retract the defamatory statement will immediately result in the initiation of legal proceedings.

The management stressed that the accusation amounts to deliberate reputational sabotage and insisted that they will not overlook the serious nature of the matter.
