The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) just launched a massive training drive to prepare 10,000 Nigerians for top-tier jobs in the oil and gas sector.
Dubbed the “Oil and Gas Field Readiness Training Program,” this 2–3 year initiative targets critical skill shortages fueling the industry’s next wave.
Executive Secretary Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe announced:
“We’re equipping Nigerians to lead and dominate the sector’s future.”

NCDMB analyzed Expatriate Quota applications, consulted PETAN, OPTS, PCTS, and reviewed PTDF reports to select 10 high-demand fields powering major upcoming projects.

Who Qualifies?
