Switzerland’s Ditaji Kambundji stormed to victory, clocking a national record of 12.24 seconds. At just 23, she delivered Switzerland’s first-ever world title in the women’s 100m hurdles.

Amusan, the 2022 world champion and current world record holder, crossed the line in 12.29 seconds. The result earned Nigeria its 12th World Championships medal and reaffirmed Amusan’s place among the world’s elite hurdlers.
